SHOP FAQ'S

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing time before your order is shipped out. Once the package is in transit, I am no longer in control of it. I can not edit addresses via UPS once the package is in transit. Occasionally UPS experiences delays due to weather or high volumes around major holidays.  I am not responsible for these delays.
  • Refunds and returns are not accepted. However, if your product is damaged during shipment, I am happy to replace it (photos of damage are REQUIRED). 
  • MOST items are one of one and unique, meaning these are either small batch items or may slightly differ from each product.

  • I am a one person business, so all items are handmade by me, made to order and packaged by me. I greatly appreciate your patience as I make your order with the upmost care.
